Ukemi practice
Unsoku & Tandoku Undo :
Focus on proper posture and keeping centre whilst moving, which is essential for all the techniques.

Randori no kata practice:
1 – 5 for beginners
1-10 on both sides for coloured belts.

Freeplay practice:
Emphasis on being relaxed and using avoidance.
