Last night Mick Pratt (4th Dan BAA) took the class at Genryukan Dover.

Here is what we covered:
Ukemi
Tandoku Undo
Randori no Kata:
13 – Tenkai Kote Hineri
14 – Shiho Nage
15 – Mae Otoshi
16 – Sumi Otoshi
17 – Hiki Otoshi

Monday’s class

Here’s a summary of the main lesson from last monday:

Ukemi
Unsoku
Tandoku Undo

Freeplay (any attack, both sides)

Below green belt:
Recap of Randori no Kata 1-3

Randori no Kata;
4. Gedan ate (Low Attack)
5. Ushiro ate (Rear attack)
6. Oshi Taoshi (Push down)

For green belts and above:
Randori no kata ura waza
(Counters or “kaeshi waza”) Extended counters

Due to the current covid situation, training sessions are suspended until further notice. Thank you for understanding

Monday:
7:30pm – 9:30pm for Seniors (16+)
Saturday:
11:00am – Noon for Juniors / Families (8+)
11:00am – 1:00pm for Seniors (16+)
